10.1 Booking & Confirmation

– Corporate training bookings must be confirmed via email or written agreement
– A minimum advance payment (as mutually agreed) is required to confirm the session

10.2 Participant Details

– The client organization must share participant details (names, contact info) at least 48–72 hours prior to the training
– Accuracy of information is the responsibility of the client

10.3 Venue & Infrastructure

– The client must ensure proper training facilities, including:
– Adequate space
– Seating arrangements
– Projector/audio system (if required)
– Any additional requirements will be communicated in advance

10.4 Trainer Access & Safety

– The client must ensure safe and timely access for trainers to the venue
– Any delay caused due to client-side arrangements may affect training duration

10.5 Payment Terms

– Full payment must be completed before or on the day of training unless otherwise agreed in writing
– Delay in payment may lead to withholding of certificates or reports

10.6 Certification

– Certificates will be issued only to participants who successfully complete the training
– Digital or physical certificate formats will be shared as per agreement

10.7 Rescheduling & Cancellation

– Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3–5 working days in advance
– Last-minute cancellations may attract charges up to 100% of the training fee

11. Institutional & Partnership Agreements

11.1 Scope of Partnership

– Partnerships (including sister concerns, training associates, or authorized partners) must be formalized through written agreement
– Scope, geography, and services will be clearly defined

11.2 Branding & Representation

– Partners are allowed to use the Indian Institute of First Aid name/logo only as per agreed guidelines
– Misrepresentation or unauthorized claims will result in immediate termination

11.3 Compliance & Quality Standards

– All partners must adhere to training quality, ethical standards, and guidelines set by Indian Institute of First Aid
– Periodic audits or evaluations may be conducted

11.4 Financial Terms

– Revenue sharing, commissions, or fees will be defined in the agreement
– Unauthorized fee collection or deviation from agreed pricing is strictly prohibited

11.5 Confidentiality

– Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of business data, training material, and client information

11.6 Termination Clause

– Either party may terminate the partnership with written notice (as per agreement terms)
– Immediate termination may occur in case of breach, misconduct, or reputational harm
