REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Refund & Return Policy – Indian Institute of First Aid

1. Training Program Fees

– Fees once paid are generally non-refundable
– However, refund requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances

2. Cancellation by Participant

– If cancellation is made 48 hours before the event, partial refund (up to 50%) may be provided
– No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of the training

3. Rescheduling Option

– Participants may request to reschedule to the next available batch (subject to availability)
– Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior

4. Cancellation by Institute

– If a training session is cancelled by us, participants will receive:
– Full refund OR
– Option to reschedule

5. No Show Policy

– No refund or rescheduling will be provided for no-shows

6. Digital Products / Materials

– No refunds once training materials, certificates, or digital content are accessed/downloaded

7. Refund Processing

– Approved refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 working days
– Refunds will be credited via the original payment method
